Claudio: 40 Years of Transformation and Development

When Claudio joined the company, then known as MIZAR, it was going through a challenging period, marked by limited resources and a difficult market situation in the early 1980s. Despite having more stable alternatives, he chose the challenge of contributing to the company’s reconstruction and relaunch.

Over forty years, he has witnessed the transition from a time without fax machines to the era of artificial intelligence. A journey that has required constant adaptation, the ability to renew processes and a strategic vision.

Determination, trust received and the desire to demonstrate strong operational commitment have been key elements of his path. For him, Finiture’s strengths lie in its constant focus on market trends, customer centrality and the quality of its systems.

Martina: 20 Years of Professional Growth

Martina joined Finiture in 2005, immediately after completing high school, in her first professional experience. She describes an entry marked by new challenges and learning opportunities, supported by continuous interaction with colleagues and evolving processes.

Giorgio: 20 Years Between Innovation and Technical Expertise

Giorgio joined the company with the excitement and responsibility of his first job after graduating. Over the years, he has seen systems become increasingly complex, more advanced and complete than in the past.

He values the variety of the work, which makes each day different from the last, and the quality of the team he works with.
