Tradition and Evolution
The Bruppacher carpentry shop was founded way back in 1937 and has maintained the same standards of quality and constant progress over time, allowing it to offer its services not only in the Haut-Rhin, but also throughout France. To date, the BRUPPACHER carpentry shop is made up of around thirty employees spread over an area of 6500 m² but it is and remains a family-run company: the fourth generation is arriving with the children of Patrice BRUPPACHER, son of the founder Henri and current CEO of the company.
This continuity makes its history alive and exemplary because it brings with it the passion for woodworking in all its nobility and character, but with the desire to also establish itself as excellence, which is perceived from the first visit to the company.
For this reason, Finiture, also a company with a long history behind it, was contacted for the design of a window and door system, given that the company has always been a specialist in interior and exterior doors and windows.
The system consists of a Power&Free conveyor with 30 4 m bars, a lowering group in the loading-unloading area and a rotation group in the dry painting booth, closed with a vertical suction wall for application using an anthropomorphic robot . Then there is a Superjet impregnation tunnel and a drying tunnel with LDP system and axial fans, for paint drying at controlled and constant temperature and humidity. The anthropomorphic robot has 6 axes, equipped with an automatic color change system with washing for the management of 5 colors and for the application of a surface of 4000x2500 mm: the presence of a lung before the cabin therefore guarantees that there are always bars ready to enter the cabin without downtime, thus optimizing cycle times as best as possible. A humidification system completes everything. Everything is managed by our Supervisor system, designed to guarantee integrated and complete management of the entire painting process, the efficiency and precision of the painting system and to control the system remotely in real time via ETHERNET connection.
To provide the customer with the most complete line possible, the plant has been equipped with two new generation BM30 assembly benches, the flagship of our Handling & Assembling Division.
Thus tradition evolves, through the innovation of technology and processes.
