Compact solution for the future

Riedenburg 2018: one of the latest finishing plant for windows installed by Finiture is a compact solution developed for Perras Fassadentechnik.

The transport is operated by an aerial conveyor with "Power & Free" technology, which frees the bogies from the traction chain when they reach the programmed stop-and-go positions.

First of all, the suspended pieces pass through a "Superjet Plus" flow coater, where the impregnating agent is flooded through three wires of nozzles. A water-treatment system allows the separation of wastewater from the flow coater’s wash cycle. After the flocculation process, the clarified and filtered water can be removed to be reused.

After the flow coating, the profiles go through a drying tunnel with LDP system and axial fans. The system guarantees constant temperature throughout the year, regardless of the conditions of the room. The closed circuit air system allows a significant spare of energy.

Then, the pieces pass through a dry spray booth with intake system. The spray robot was added later, once the plant had already been completed. The robot’s automatic color change kit and irrigation circuit ensures minimum product loss during the change, no products’ mixing and a quick and economical automatic rinse. Meanwhile, a high-pressure humidifier allows to nebulize the room without wetting the pieces. An air treatment system then replenishes the air discharged with extracted air from the outside. Finally, the bars carry finished pieces to the drying tunnel, where the paint dries gradually.
