Finiture exhibited Ligna 2009, hall 22 stand E18. Finiture introduced the development of the already tested system Round About+SAVN that allows to paint frames using just one reciprocator. The new software allows to realise plants in the most different configurations, enabling also to exchange the bars with a line exclusively dedicated to the impregnation. In the same plant is integrated the paint recovery system Rever, that allows a considerable collection of the overspray. Color is a pressurized booth dedicated to those companies wishing to paint in a powderfree environment, characterized by the custom designed planning and the use of best quality materials. If there is the need to dry water base products, the DRYBOX is the right answer for short times and excellent quality. Another new and noteworthy technology introduced at Ligna, is the new model of impregnation tunnel Jet Flow Tank: a group of plastic colour tanks allows to semplify the loading and unloading of the product. Included in the machine is the AC100, a washing water cleaner. And then Isola, an integrated painting system consisting of a trolley conveyor, painting booths, drying tunnel, robots for automatic painting and areas for loading and unloading pieces.
