SUPERJET Flow Coater 

The exclusive EQ-spray system with gauged pipes guarantees uniform dosing by all
nozzles. The pneumatic pump minimizes the paint shaking to prevent foam forming and
the consequent lack of homogeneity of the surface. The hydraulic circuit is designed to
allow the complete emptying of the unit making easier the cleaning operation and the
product changeover. Teflon lining prevents material buildup. The internal shape and the
protection bulkheads stop possible paint splash. The automatic version provides the
installation of pneumatically driven valves. In the “Plus” version it is possible to programcomplete
working cycles, including respective cleaning and colour changeover.
