PROFLOW Flow coater for beams and wooden profiles 

Double series of brushes of different stiffness: the stiffer ones remove most of the product in excess, the softer ones are used for homogenize the surface.
All of them are provided with a quick hook system which allow them to be easily removed and cleaned.

The pieces slide gibs and the brushes are easily adjustable from the outside through knobs with analogical position indicators.
All the drives are placed outside the impregnation room and are aesily accessible for the operator, for better garantee their life and for facilitating their maintenance.

The motorized rollers for pieces gragging are cushioned for preventing any jam.

A serie of valves allow to regulate the flow quantity in the different parts of the pieces.
