ISOLA Integrated painting system 

ISOLA is a painting integrated system consisting of a trolley conveyor, painting booths, drying tunnel, robots for automatic painting and areas for loading and unloading pieces.

In some of the trolley conveyor steps, trolleys can accumulate in order to store many pieces in a narrow place, helping the drying process.

Trolleys have a rotating platform and are equipped with an exclusive self-centering device.
By request an automatic piece rotating device interfaciable with the spraying robot is available.

In the automatic painting version, Isola is equipped with one or more self-learning robots.
