E DRY Ventilated drying tunnel 

For reducing the drying time and achieving a very good finish, the pieces pass through a tunnel with forced and temperature controlled air flow.

The distribution system provided by adjustable air nozzles, appropriately located, generates an air stream that covers the pieces uniformly over the whole surface.
The thermal regulation system is particularly accurate for controlling the drying process. The air can be heated by means of hot water, steam or by gas or oil generators.

It is possible to fit a by-pass between the air inlet and outlet so that, when it is open, 80% of the drying air is recirculated. It enables about 50% heat energy saving during the cold season.
