COLOR Pressurized spraying booths 

In the pressurized booths the air is properly filtered, heated and is kept in slight overpressure to prevent powder incursion from the outside: the ideal environment for quality paint.

Every pressurized booth is custom designed to meet the production needs of the end user. Normally it consists of a room for painting and a separate room for drying.
The air is introduced into the booth through a plenum with high efficiency filters, class EU5 - 98%. The large surface of the plenum reduces the inlet air speed and, as a consequence, the turbulence inside the booth.

The pressurization units are installed externally and they are generously sized to reduce, as far as possible, noise and vibrations. The air can be heated by means of hot water, steam, or by gas or oil generators.
