CARTESIO Cartesian manipulator for painting 

It is a 6 axis Cartesian manipulator for automatic painting of flat or large size tri-dimensional pieces. It is linked to an industrial PC and can manage a practically unlimited number of different programs.

Cartesio can be matched to any kind of conveyor or can be equipped with its own material handling system which allows, when it is required, to automatically rotate and to load and unload the pieces while the unit is working.
 

Programming is very simple and you can do it either in self-learning or point to point mode. It is possible to provide an optical reader which recognizes the pieces and automatically recalls the relevant programs.
