AC Washing water cleaner 

The AC200 is the ideal compliment to the flow coater: It separates the solid residue from the washing water, enabling the re-use of the same water. It is the ideal solution to the disposal problem.

The water used for the flow coater washing is poured into the 200 litres capacity superior tank (sufficient for about 15 cleaning cycles). When it is full, the flocculation process carries on.

The flocculating agent AC-Flok effectively separates the solid residue and leaves the water as clear as it was before washing.

The filter bag AC-B200 retains a large quantity of solid residue. When it is full it has to be replaced, but the disposal cost is much less than that of the non-treated washing water.
